TCS and Infosys to hire 90,000 Fresher this year – Work from Home may Continues – Attrition Rate of TCS and Infosys is all time high. IT firms are struggling to hold trained and skilled employees. But the demand for skilled employees in Information Technology is high now. Now Major IT companies showing interest in Hiring fresher.
TCS is planned to hire 40000 fresher and Infosys is to hire 50000 fresher this year. Their strategy is training fresher with low CTC and with bond agreement. By doing this thing they can face the job change of skilled employees. To hold skilled employees, TCS and Infosys are giving numerous offers to their employees.
Infosys Attrition rate rose to 27.7% this fiscal year form their previous one 25.5%. However, Nilanjan Roy, Chief Financial Officer at Infosys, “Good news is we have seen stability and of course the intervention we are looking at like the April 1 hike plan, we should continue to see some improvement in them.”
Most of the skilled employees are liked to work from their home than offices. Some IT companies are using Hybrid Model for those employees. But TCS created a unique model named 25×25 model. Under the model, by 2025, no more than 25 per cent of the company’s employees will need to work from the office at any given point, and an employee will not need to spend more than 25 per cent of their time in the office.
HCL is continuing Hybrid module. They saying that, “One of our top priorities is the safety and well-being of our employees and their families. We also remain deeply committed to maintaining our business normalcy, thereby ensuring uninterrupted services to our clients. Currently, we are monitoring the situation and continue to operate in a hybrid model”.
