TCS, Infosys, HCL and Others IT Companies Ends WFM: Employees called to work under Hybrid Mode!!! – Covid-19 pandemic situation is almost over now. Because of the lock down, IT complains asked their employees to work from home. Now, most of the employees are adapted for WFM module. Now the IT companies are calling employees to work at offices and work in Hybrid Mode.

Hybrid module is a flexible working model where employees work partly in the physical workplace, and partly remotely (at home or from another workspace). IT firm Infosys said earlier that it is planning a “phased return to office” and is motivating its employees to just attend office in person for a day or two per week.

HCL, Cognizant and TCS were also calling their employees to work in Hybrid mode. TCS stated, “As the situation with respect to Covid-19 improves across the globe and now that the majority of our associates and their families are vaccinated, we are transitioning into a hybrid mode of working, with our associates choosing to spend time at both, office premises and working remotely.”

But most of the employees saying that Work from home allowed them to find a better balance between their personal and professional life. 30 percent of the white collar employees of the company are working from home.
