• In this role, the selected candidates will manage transformation journey across multiple clients (during Sales and Delivery cycle) keeping in mind the strategic and visionary business outcomes
• They are the responsible for collaborating cross-functional with stakeholders in HRO business process improvements aimed at simplification and accelerating cost savings, Enhance Employee Experience and effectiveness
• The shortlisted candidates are the responsible to moving each of the delivery account towards Cognitive operations (combination of leveraging AI, Robotics, and Analytics effectively)
• The HRO Transformation Leader is responsible for collaborating with business teams and IT to deliver comprehensive business requirements for system solutions and others
