TCS Women’s Drive 2022 Details:
*The initiative also invites women professionals with a career break to Rebegin their professional journeys. Our intent is to ensure that women who have taken a break from their careers are not at a disadvantage and can broaden their horizons through new and rich experiences with the access to the right learning and growth opportunities that emphasize on their potential.
TCS Women’s Drive Eligibility Criteria:
- Women with a minimum of 2 years of relevant IT experience are eligible.
- Under the Rebegin initiative, women professionals with career gaps for personal reasons would be considered as eligible and hence are encouraged to apply.
- All other considerations with respect to eligibility and suitability as per applicable policies will be followed while reviewing candidate applications.
- Applicants must have 2 years of continuous work experience to be eligible for the program. They can have multiple varying career breaks; however, it is mandatory to highlight the duration of the career breaks and reasons while applying. The applicant can be currently working,

Selection process will be completely merit-based.
