TCS Hire 1, 00,000 IT Guys in FY22 to Hire 40,000 Workers in FY23. India’s top most IT Company Tata Consulting Services-TCS appointed 78,000 freshers in FY22. The company employed over 1, 00,000 freshers in FY22 and will start FY23 with the hiring target of 40,000. A new record reached by TCS now. They hired 1,03,546 people for the year ending March 2022, up from over 40,000 people it hired in FY21 along with the previous years.

The company’s attrition increased to 17.4 percent in the quarter, from 8.6 percent in the beginning of the year and 11.9 percent in the December 2021 quarter. The total workers of the TCS count stood at 592,195 at the end of the economic year. However, the company is confident about addressing the supply side challenges given the fresher supply.
