This information has been confirmed by TCS sources. Employers will now prepare a list of employees returning to the office to inform them of their working days. This sudden move by TCS is seen as part of the process of implementing the 25*25 model for employees.

Also, by 2025, only 25 percent of the company’s employees will work from the office at the same time. Meanwhile, TCS CEO N Ganapathy Subramaniam said in a recent statement that as customers have started moving to offices and labs, considering their needs, choices, compliance risks, and regulations, they have decided to invite employees back to the office.
