Executive Director Age Limit TCIL
Age should be calculated as on 01.10.2021. Age relaxation for one year will be given for internal candidates.
- Executive Director upper age limit in TCIL is 56 Years.
- DGM upper age limit in TCIL is 45 Years.
- General Manager upper age limit is 50 years.
TCIL Eligibility Criteria
Executive Director (IT & Telecom): Candidate should have completed BE or BTech in Electronic & Communication or CS or IT or Electrical or Electronics. Applicant who completed MBA or PGDM will be preferred.
Executive Director (Finance & Accounts): Candidates should have completed CA or CMA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICAI) or completed MBA in Finance from recognized institute or University to apply.
DGM & Jt. GM: Candidate must be an Engineering Graduate in Electronic & Communication or CS or IT or Electrical or Electronics field. Applicant who completed MBA or PGDM in Marketing or Finance or IT or Op will be preferred.
Executive Director Experience Required
Executive Director: Candidate should be working in Central or State Government Sector or Armed Forces of the Union or in Private sector with the pay scale of Level 14 or Rs. 37400 to Rs. 67000 or related for minimum 3 years. Candidate must have 25 years of total work experience to apply.
DGM: Candidate should be working in Government or Private Sector with the pay Scale of Rs. 15600 to Rs. 39100 or equivalent for minimum 3 years to apply for this recruitment. Candidate should have minimum 12 years of work experience in related field.
JGM:Candidate should be working in Government or Private Sector or CPSE or SPSE with the pay Scale of Rs. 15600 to Rs. 39100 or equivalent for minimum 3 years to apply for this recruitment. Candidate should have minimum 15 years of work experience in related field.

Eligible candidates will be called for personal interview. Candidates initially appointed for the period of 2 years under probation. Based on performance in probation candidates will get permanent posting.
