TBSE 10th & 12th Board Exams Postponed amid COVID19 crisis – Tripura Madhyamik exam & Higher Secondary Exam Deferred !!!. Tripura Board of Secondary Education (TBSE) has confirmed that the board has postponed the Madhyamik exams or Class 10th & Higher Secondary Tripura board exam or Class 12th due to the prevailing coronavirus situation. The board authorities planned to defer the exam taking into account the safety and health of the students.
The state Education Minister Ratan Lal Nath has also confirmed this news via his Twitter handle that, “As per the decision of TBSE the board examinations of Class 10 and Class 12 has been postponed for the time being until further notice”. Regarding this, a meeting of the exam committed of TBSE was held today i.e 1 May 2021 noon in the TBSE premises under the chairmanship of the President, TBSE.
The Tripura Board Class 10 exams were planned to be held from May 19, 2021, and the Higher Class 12 exams would have started on May 18, 2021. But currently, the country suffers a lot due to the COVID19 pandemic situation. The board members had advised all the students to use this period to get prepared more competently.
Recently, followed by the CBSE and some of the state boards such as Punjab, Goa, Odisha, have canceled class 10 board exams 2021. And also those states are deferred class 12 board exams. Additionally, some competitive exams i.e. NEET 2021, IIT-JEE Mains April session have also been postponed in the view of coronavirus situation.
