Tata Steel Recruitment 2023 Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates must have completed BE / B Tech / B Sc (Engg) in the specified discipline and Must have completed Three (3) years in any of the locations of TSM /TSL (with continuity of service) as on date of advertisement and currently should be in the level JBA & JBB.

- The selection procedure will comprise of functional/behavioral assessment through a written test, cognitive test and interview process.
- Specific guidelines pertaining to assessment will be shared with the eligible candidates before written test.
- Candidates who are found ineligible as per the laid down criteria at any stage of selection process will be immediately disqualified from further selection process.
