Tamil Nadu Schools Will Start 11th Class from 3rd Week of June: Tamil Nadu Government released the class 11 school guidelines for the admission. As per the guidelines, the schools in Tamil Nadu will start the online class for the class 11th from 3rd week of June 2021. Tamil Nadu 11th Class Admission:
Various state governments and CBSE has cancelled the 12th examination recently. Before that, the state and centre has cancelled the 10 exams also. So, the 10 students are in confused state about their admission process for the higher studies that is 11th standards. The Tamil Nadu state government now announced the guidelines for this admission process. Before we see that, let’s check the highlights of the guidelines.
Highlights:
- Classes for 11th students will start from 3rd Week of June.
- The schools are directed to conduct the online classes only.
- The government aided schools are directed to allow 10% to 15% above the admission limit.
- The selection of class 11th stream (group) of students will be based on the mini assessment through 50 questions from their previous classes.
Selection of 11th Group:
The state government has directed the schools to conduct mini assessment for the allotment of groups in 11th standard. Usually, the allocation of class 11th group will be based on their performance in the previous examination. But in this year, the public examination was not conducted. So, that, the schools are advised to conduct valuate the students by asking 50 questions from their previous classes for the allotment of groups/ streams in class 11. The mode of assessment is not revealed. Let’s wait for the further updates.
Extra Admission in Schools:
This year the ratio of passing students is highest to compare to any other years. Because there is no public exams were conducted. So, it is important to ensure that every student will get admission. To resolve this problem, the TN government aided schools are directed to allow 10% to 15% above the admission limit. So, this will equalize the 10th pass students and available seats in class 11 ratio.
Classes From June:
After this assessment, the classes for the 11th students will be conducted from third week of June. So, it is likely from next week. Finally the admission season starts in the state of Tamilnadu.
