Assistant Manager- Process Excellence:

• Good Project management knowledge. At least executed 10-15 six sigma projects with success.
• Candidates with good knowledge in six sigma projects will be preferred.

• Proficient in implementation of lean methodologies and statistical Quality techniques.

Operation Manager- Customer Delight:

• Should be a graduate – any specialization
• Should have handled multiple teams or team size of 80-100
• Strategic thinker with strong articulation, storytelling, analytical and problem-solving skills

Senior Executive – MIS-Customer Care:

• Outstanding Excel skills- comfortable using formulae, pivots, charts and Advance Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Hands-on experience on MS Excel (Advanced Level), Macros, MS Access and able to write SQL queries (Value added).

Candidates should have the following experience criteria with respect to the post they will be selected for.

Assistant Manager- Process Excellence:

• Aspirants should have at least 4 to 8 years of experience with a solid track record in a Customer Service role, especially on metrics like Quality, CSAT and Average Handle times.

Operation Manager- Customer Delight:

• Candidates are good to have 8years to 12 years of Industry Experience with minimum 2-3 years of experience as Operation Manager
• Experience in Email and Chat process with expertise in driving Customer Satisfaction related deliverable. (Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in handling Chat process. Ability to manage stress, experience in managing a challenging account

Senior Executive – MIS-Customer Care:

• Candidates should have the 2years to 5 years work experience in similar profile to apply for this recruitment.

Candidates who will be selected for this recruitment will get the following responsibility with respect to the post they will be selected for.

Assistant Manager- Process Excellence:

• Work closely with the Centre of Excellence Lead to Implement best in class knowledge management systems and drive standardization across CC operations.
• Manage and mentor team of Opex professionals to design and develop standard processes across CC
• Monitor and drive the GTM plan for SOP rollout of new business initiatives across CC
• Work closely with CC Product team to create detailed Business Requirement Documents, which will act as a strategic and tactical roadmap
• Identify Process Automation Opportunities and Mentor internal team of process automation analysts in deploying robust automation systems and etc.

Operation Manager- Customer Delight:

• Very Strong Operational skills for managing a team of 80 plus.
• Sound understanding of Operations & Delivery, coming with a strong background in managing Operations and proven delivery experience.
• Good experience in people management and passionate about customer experience
• Strong leadership skills and ability to ensure team understands job and business requirements and build team empowerment
• Manage Employee SAT on the floor
• Be a strong mentor for front line leadership on the floor to deliver on ESAT and productivity

Senior Executive – MIS-Customer Care:

• Experience and understanding of contact center dynamics, including staffing, queues, Ameyo call reporting, Avaya Reporting, Freshdesk chat, Email tool reporting and performance measurements.
• Roster Preparation on a weekly/fortnightly/monthly basis by coordinating with Ops. Effectively coordinating with all stakeholders in order to plan and deliver effective schedules for Voice and Non-Voice Business.
• Generating reports to analyze business performance across functions on a periodic basis with adherence to quality and accuracy.
• Should have knowledge of Dashboards, automation process and Catering to reporting requirements from Operations and other teams
• Troubleshooting and validation of various data requests through SQL.
• Documentation of reporting process to ensure backup and consistency.
• Ensure periodic and accurate collection and updating of data.
