Lockdown

The federal government plans to divide the red zone, orange zone and green zone according to states and districts according to patients and impacts. The federal government has decided to emphasize the importance of ensuring that the economic cycle in Lacktown is unaffected. Prime Minister Modi held a four-hour consultation with state chiefs yesterday over the extension of the lockdown.

During the consultation, it was reported that Prime Minister Modi on behalf of all the chief ministers had been asked to extend Loktown till April 30. But Prime Minister Modi, who has consulted all the chief ministers, stressed that Lockdown is important and economic growth is important. A final decision on the extension of the lockdown has not yet been announced. But it is reported that the central government has decided to make many changes in this Lockdown.

According to key sources from the Prime Minister’s Office, the government plans to divide the Phase 2 Lockdown states into three categories based on the presence of coronavirus cases. The states are divided into red, orange and green. According to the plan, schools and colleges throughout the country will continue to be closed. But with a few exceptions, small, small businesses and liquor stores are open.

The red zone

Accordingly, states that fall under the red zone, such as states with the highest number of corona cases, will be identified and declared as hotspots. Traffic, store opening, factory operation, small and small businesses and business ventures will be restricted in this zone.

The orange zone

Coronal patients are basically brought under the states and districts of the Orange Zone. If none of the newcomers are affected, other than coronary artery disease in the past, it will be added to the orange zone.

This zone will allow for less economic activity. That means less public transport, agriculture, small and marginal business.

The green zone

Districts that do not have corona cases and fewer states will be brought under the green zone. This will allow for all types of transportation, shop operations, business ventures and small businesses. The chief minister has asked the central government to open liquor stores in these districts.

Most states offer tax credits as bartenders can open in this area. However, restaurants, restaurants and shopping malls are not allowed. When small, small and medium enterprises are allowed to operate in this zone, workers will be ordered to follow the social deviation.

Orange and green zones

Low-level air and rail traffic between the Orange and Green zones will be allowed to operate with at least 30 percent of passengers. In cities like Delhi, Metro Rail will be allowed to operate with 30 per cent passengers.

In both cities, the lower levels of public transport will be gradually raised. At the same time, all the chief ministers of the state have strongly opposed bus and rail transport between the states. The chief minister has clearly told the central government that it would not be possible to keep thousands of people in the event of any disaster.

Therefore, there will be no traffic between the states, even if the traffic is relaxed. It is believed that after consultation with the chief minister, Prime Minister Modi has instructed top officials to formulate the definitions, rules, exceptions, restrictions and guidelines for the scheme.
