Southern Railway GDMO Recruitment 2021 Last Date To Apply – Walk In Interview Only!!! The Southern Railway Department has issued a recruitment notice for contract doctors to work in Tiruchchirappalli Railway Division’s Medical Department. General Duty Medical Officer is the title of the role. The maximum number of vacancies is three. The deadline for receiving completed applications is May 17, 2021. Applications should not be delivered in person; instead, they should be mailed by speed or registered mail. With effect from 24.08.2018, the minimum age limit for candidates for appointment as Contract Medical Practitioners (CMPs) has been increased from 50 to 53 years, and the maximum age limit has been raised from 60 to 65 years or 12 terms, whichever comes first, and each term of engagement shall not exceed one year.
To apply for Southern Railway Recruitment 2021, candidates must have completed an M.B.B.S degree and be registered with the Indian Medical Council. Candidates should refer to the official notice for more details. Shortlisted candidates for the position of General Duty Medical Officer are entitled to receive a monthly salary of Rs. 75,000/- from the respective board, which includes Rs. 7375/- for House Rent and Rs. 3712/- for Transport Allowance.
Retired State/Central Government Medical Officers: Rs.75, 000/-, subject to the condition that the retired doctors’ remuneration plus pension does not surpass their last pay draw. Interviews are used to shortlist candidates. After reviewing the applications, the date, time, and location of the walk-in interview will be announced. Applicant should carry their original certificates for authentication, as well as self-attested photocopies, to the Walk-in Interview.
