As per the notification, the maximum age limit for this position is 30 years old. For SC/ST applicants applying for reserved positions, the upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years, and for Physically Challenged candidates, the upper age limit is relaxed by 10 years. The role pays Rs. 60000/- per month. The remuneration includes the EPF, which is required by law.
Candidates must have completed a full-time regular degree in Civil/Electrical/Electrical & Electronics/Mechanical Engineering from a recognized Indian university or institute with a minimum aggregate of 50% for SC/ST/PWD candidates and 55% for others. Graduate with a two-year full-time MBA/Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel/HR/Finance from a recognized Indian university or institute, with a minimum aggregate of 50% for SC/ST/PWD and 55 percent for others. Pass the CA/ICWA-CMA exam.
GD and Personal Interviews will be held at Corporate Headquarters in Shimla as part of the selection process for these posts. For the post of Executive Trainee, aspirants in the General/EWS and OBC categories are needed to submit a non-refundable application fee of Rs. 600/- + GST@18%. Candidates who are SC/ST/PWD are excused from paying the application fee.
