SIDBI Age Limit
- To apply for the post of Chief Technology Officer and Chief Technical Advisor candidates age should not exceed maximum age limit of 50 years as on 17.05.2021.
- For the post of DevOps Lead candidates age should not exceed the maximum age limit of 35 years as on 17.05.2021.
SIDBI Eligibility Criteria
Chief Technology Officer (CTO): Candidate should have completed Minimum Qualification: B.E./ B.Tech./ MCAfrom a recognized University as on May 17, 2021. Candidates who completed M.Sc./ M. Tech. in CS/ ITwill be an added advantage. Applicant should have knowledge in in supervising development of large software solutions involving multiple integrations and should have Technical architecture skills, technology process skills, Capacity and human capability building skills in IT.
Chief Technical Advisor (CTA): Applicant should have completed graduation in Engineering in Civil / Electrical with minimum 60% marks in aggregate or 1st Class from a recognized University. Candidates who completed PG from same discipline will be preferred. Applicant should have Sound understanding of building /structure maintenance. Candidate should have skills in track record of managing third-party suppliers and sub-contractors to deliver optimum performance.
DevOps Lead: Applicant should have completed graduation in Computer Science/IT/ECE or MCA/ M. Sc. (IT)/ M.Sc. (Computer Science) from recognized University or Institute as on May 17, 2021. Candidate should be Up-to-date with technological trends to build and execute IT strategy which could impact the Bank’s digital and financial assets.
SIDBI Experience Required
Chief Technology Officer (CTO): Candidates should have minimum 20 years of experience in IT field, especially in software development background. Out of 20 years candidate should have minimum 10 experience in senior executive level position, out of which minimum 3 years should be in banking & financial sector. Experience should be post minimum educational qualification. Training or teaching is not counted as experience.
Chief Technical Advisor (CTA): Candidate should have minimum 20 years of work experience in execution and supervision of civil construction work and /or civil maintenance of office buildings / commercial buildings / residential Complexes with basic knowledge of RCC design and other civil works. Applicant should have knowledge in working on computers and experience in preparation of tenders for Civil workers. Candidate should have extensive experience in delivering large capital building projects.
DevOps Lead: Candidate should have minimum 8 years of work experience in IT business/industry. Out of 8 years applicant should have minimum 5 years of experience in Building and Leading high-performing IT application development teams using platforms like J2EE with various associated frameworks and technologies like Spring, Hibernate, Angular and SQL database skills. DevOps Lead needed to have experience in software architect focused on planning, development strategies/initiatives and product lifecycle/service orientation.
SIDBI Officer Salary
Salary will be given based on candidates experience and profile. Annual increment for up to 5% of CTC will be given.

SIDBI Selection Process
Based on the Qualification and Profile of the candidate’s application will be shortlisted on Preliminary Screening conducted by Bank. Shortlisted candidate will be called for personal interview. Interview will be held on Mumbai. Interview date will be informed to shortlisted candidates. Based on the performance on personal Interview candidates will be selected for this post.
