South Central Railway Recruitment 2021 Eligibility Criteria

Education Qualification

Candidate should passed 10^th class examination under 10+2 system of education or its equivalent is mandatory for Black Smith, SMG post, and should passed 8^th class examination under 10+2 system of education or its equivalent is mandatory for Welder, Mason, Carpenter, Pipe Line Fitter and for painter post candidates should passed 8^th class or its equivalent is mandatory.

SCR Recruitment 2021 Salary Details

Shortlisted candidates are eligible to get a salary for P Way Cadre post is Level 2 (in 7^th CPC) and for Works cadre post salary is Level -2 (in 7^th CPC) from the respective board.

SCR Recruitment 2021 Selection Process

• Candidates are shortlisted based on Written Test, Record of service. Candidates have to secure minimum of 60% marks in written test and 60% in aggregate on par with UR employees. Separate exam will be conducted for each category in P Way and Works Cadres.
• Employees qualified in written test must be fit in prescribed medical classification at the time of empanelment.

SCR Pre Selection Training 2021

Pre-selection training must cover the syllabus of the examinations to be conducted for selections to Safety Category posts and should be imparted as far as possible in the Zonal Training Schools / Systems Technical Schools for a period of 3 to 4 weeks.
