- Candidates should posses in Post Graduation in Science or Engineering in the field of Electronics or Semiconductor Physics with a minimum 20 years of experience in the relevant field.
- Officers working under the Central or State Governments including Autonomous Bodies, R&D Institutions, holding analogous post on regular basis or with a minimum service of three years in the posts in Level 14, and possessing the educational qualifications and experience prescribed herein, is eligible to apply.
