SCI Electrical Officers Notification 2018
The Shipping Corporation of India Limited (SCI) has released Notification for the post of Trainee Electrical Officers and Electrical Officers. SCI has 50 vacancies. Eligible candidates can attend the Walk-In-Interview at Mumbai along with the filled Application Form and Relevant Documents. The Walk-In-Interview For Trainee Electrical Officers is scheduled to be held on 23rd August, 2018 and 24th August, 2018. The Walk-In-Interview For Electrical Offficer is Held on 25th August, 2018 by 10.30 am.

Name of the Post: Trainee Electrical Officers and Electrical Officers
Age limit :
- Electrical Officer: Candidates must be Minimum 30 years to Maximum 45 years as on 23.08.2018
- Trainee Electrical Officer: Candidates must be Maximum 30 years as on 25.08.2018.
Educational Qualification:
Electrical Officers:
- Candidates with Retired Indian Navy personnel with B.E. /Diploma awarded by the Indian Navy, and has sailed as chief artificer (power side only)/B.E/B.TECH/Diploma in Electrical or Electrical and is in possession of DG approved ETO course and ETO COC.
Trainee Electrical Officers:
- 10 th +2 Standard with Minimum 50% marks
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering/Electronics Engineering/Electrical and Electronics Engineering/Electronics and Telecommunication/ Communication engineering/ Electronics and Instrumentation with Minimum 60% marks.
Selection Process : Interview
Pay Scale:
- Electrical Officers: Daily wages of Electrical officer on Direct Contract will range from approximately Rs.2600/- to Rs.3300/- depending upon the type of ship.
- Trainee Electrical Officers: Rs.10,000/- to Rs.30,000/-
