Schools Have no Power to Force Parents, to Buy Books, Uniforms From the Particular Shops. National Capital Delhi government under the Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia ordered the private schools in the state that, they do not force the parents of the children who are studied in their schools to buy the books and uniforms from the particular shop. Directorate of Education (DoE) released a notification by supporting the private schools to the government.

The Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia stated that, the aim of the schools is to develop knowledge to our nation’s futures. He further said that, “This order brings a sigh of relief for parents who are struggling to pay the heavy amount for books and uniforms in these private schools. Many households have lost their source of income since the Covid 19 pandemic hit two years ago, making it difficult for them to purchase expensive books and uniforms from specific shops. This order will give freedom to parents across the city to buy books and uniforms for their children as per their convenience”

The Deputy CM reported that, no school have the power to order the parents to buy the books and uniform in the specific shops. And also the CM ordered the private school that, they mu7st not change the pattern or color of the uniforms for the next three years. He said, parents buy books and uniforms from any shop for their comfort.
