Shillong Government Closed Schools for Classes 1 to 5!! Online Classes will be Continue for Them!! The state Meghalaya government announced that classes for 1st to 5th standard in Shillong are allowed to conduct in online mode until further announcement release. For 6 to 8 class students, offline classes will be immediately held by the schools, instructed by the state government.

As a precaution method Shillong government also closed the schools for the students of 1 to 5 classes. Online classes are held only three to four hours a day, classes are recommended only on alternate days, and cultural gatherings are not permitted. More sporting events are allowed.
