Scholarships have been canceled for students from classes 1-8. The central government has announced that from now on only students of classes 9 and 10 will get scholarships. Also, the government has ordered the state and district grant officers to consider only the applications of 9th and 10th classes students who have applied for the scholarship for the current academic year.
