• Building Enterprise Operational Risk Management Framework for the organization – identify and assess significant operational risks and ensure appropriate mitigation actions are undertaken.
• The Framework is deployed across Business Units, Infrastructure Groups and Control Functions
• Monitoring the organization’s processes ,systems & permanent controls.
• Maintaining an efficient control mechanism to evaluate the full scope of business activities.
• Responsible for various other activities such as Audits, Reporting to Committees & Boards, Product Testing & Due Diligence

Relationship Manager:

• Coordination with SBI Branches in the Region / Location.
• Assume full accountability for all aspects of sales in the Branch
• Coordination with SBI Branches in the Circle / RBO / Location
• Building and maintaining healthy business relations with customer, enhancing customer satisfaction & securing repeat business.
