Candidates who completed Post Graduate Degree from a recognized university can eligible to apply for the post.

SBI Mutual Fund Job Experience 2023:

Candidates should have 02 to 05 years of experience in the relevant field.

Skills & Competencies:

• Good Knowledge of Company’s Act & SEBI Regulations
• Timely Management
• Meticulous attention to details
• Excellent computing, secretarial, interpersonal, team working and written/verbal communication skills are also important.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Monitoring compliances with corporate laws including the Companies Act
• Liaising with the auditors- internal, concurrent, and external auditors as well as handling of SEBI Inspection Audit relating to Compliance Dept
• Handling of all regulatory Compliance relating to the appointment of Directors / Trustees on the Board of the Company
• Assisting compliances for Mutual Funds, AIF, and PMS activities
• Arranging and overseeing the smooth conduct of the Board/committee / general Meetings of the Company as well as the Trustee Company.
• Maintenance of Statutory Registers
