Job Description:
Performance 60% – To make outbound calls to collect outstanding dues from VIP, SBI Card employee & Deceased Cardholders for charge off accounts.
– Log accurate and relevant information of the conversation with the customer on system as per with Collections guidelines
– Achieve individual productivity goals.
– Ensure compliance to Business policy, Collections processes and procedures. Compliance 20% – Achievement of given recovery rolled out targets by telecalling on the given portfolio.
– Maintain dialer hygiene like Wrap%/Not ready % etc Productivity 10% – Achievement of given recovery rolled out targets by telecalling on the given portfolio.

Timely training and DRA certification of field executives to meet RBI guidelines: –
– Resourcefulness
– Vendor Management
