Part of team engaged in large and medium sized Project Finance, Infrastructure Advisory and Finance, Corporate Finance Advisory for Private and Government agencies involving Project appraisal, feasibility analysis, market analysis, capital & operating cost analysis, structuring of capital, Arrangement & Syndication of funds, Valuation and acquisition advisory, from origination to closure of the transaction.

The job will involve critically evaluating the business plan, preparing of Information Memorandum (IM), various financing documents, building financial model for evaluation, assessment and risk and mitigation thereof.

Responsibilities

• Manage logistics and distribution including transportation and routing, inventory control, warehouse management.
• Manage the yearly operating budget, refine and implement all administrative and operational procedures, resolve employee disputes.
• Manage payroll interface and process including researching payroll issues and enforcing adherence to audit and department guidelines; develop fit/gap analysis.
• Monitor daily operations, which result in successfully lowering and maintaining food and payroll cost below company policy.
• Prepare food for daily plate lunches, take-out orders and in-orders and run kitchen.
