SAI Recruitment 2023 Eligibility:
- Candidates who possess a Bachelor of Hotel Management, Catering & Technology, Bachelor of Hotel Management, BSC in Culinary Arts, or BA in Culinary Arts from a recognized university or institution
- UG Diploma in Culinary Arts/Food Production Equivalent from a recognized university or institution (the UG diploma must be of 1-2 year duration) with 1 year of work experience in a relevant field can apply for the post.

The applicant’s age should not be more than 50 years old.
