RVNL Job Eligibility 2023:
- The IRSE officers holding substantive posts in analogous grade (CDA or IDA) OR posts in Level 13 (CDA) and having 17 years’ service in Group ‘A’ OR posts carrying grade IDA E-7 (Rs. 100000–260000/-) for four years can apply for the post.
- Preference will be given to candidates having experience in design, drawings, and other relevant related details required for engineering infrastructure works like bridges, underpasses, road over bridges, viaducts, underground facilities in the field of railways, metro railways, and other specialized infrastructure works, etc.
