FOR GM (LEVEL-14 (CDA) / Rs. 120000-280000/-(IDA)): Officers Holding Substantively

• posts in analogous grade (CDA/IDA) OR
• posts in Level-13(CDA) & having 17 years’ service in Group “A” OR (4)
• posts carrying grade Rs. 100000-260000/-(IDA) for four years

For AGM (LEVEL 13-A (CDA)/ Rs. 100000-260000/-(IDA)): Officers Holding Substantively

• posts in analogous grade (CDA/IDA) OR
• posts in Level 13(CDA) & having 12-14 years’ service in Group A OR
• Posts carrying grade Rs, 90000-240000/- (IDA) for four years

For JGM (LEVEL-13(CDAYRS. 90000-240000/-(IDA)): Officers Holding Substantively

• posts in analogous grade (CDA/DA) OR
• posts in Level 12(CDA) & having 8-12 years service in Group A OR pn
• posts carrying grade Rs 80000-220000-(IDA) for four years
