RVNL Recruitment Age Limit
Candidate’s age should not exceed maximum age limit of 56 years to apply for the post of AGM/ JGM/ Sr. DGM (Electrical) in RVNL Recruitment 2022.
RVNL Recruitment Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should have completed BE in Electrical Engineering from recognized University to apply for this recruitment.
AGM: Candidate should be working in analogous grade (CDA/IDA) or working in post Level-13(CDA) & having 12-14 years’ service in Group ‘A’ or Posts carrying grade Rs. 90000-240000/- (IDA) for four years.
JGM: Applicant should be working in posts in Level-12(CDA) & having 8-12 years’ service in Group ‘A’ or posts carrying grade Rs. 80000-220000/-(IDA) for four years.
Sr. DGM: Candidate should be working in Sr. Scale (Level-11) post or posts in Gr. ‘B’ (Level-10) & having 10 years of service in Group ‘B’ or posts carrying grade Rs. 70000-200000/-(IDA) for four years.
RVNL Salary Structure
Selected candidate for the post of AGM/ JGM/ Sr. DGM (Electrical) in will get paid for Parent pay + Deputation allowances.

Candidates will get selected as per Deputation Procedure. Selected candidates will get appointed for the period of 3 years, which is subject to Government’s approval for exemption to RVNL from the rule of immediate absorption beyond 31.12.2022.
