The candidates must have complete Degree/Diploma/GCE ‘A’ or equivalent with at least 5 years of relevant experience in handling service sales/order management, preferably with additional knowledge in handling reverse logistics and parts sales.
- Work along with Service Sales Team in identifying potentials, propose and initiate marketing & sales strategy to improve the competitiveness and success of projects.
- Perform Order Management function for Reman Engines Sales & Service Repair Orders under your charge and monitor for their timely delivery status and job completion.
- Process parts requirements by the Service Centre for the respective Repair Orders in SAP system; coordinates with Parts- Technical & Material Planning Team + Warehouse Distribution to ensure parts are fulfilled on time.
- Raise Purchase Requisition to Purchasing Team for all 3rd party works/purchases for the respective Repair Orders; liaise with vendors for the timely return for parts sent for overseas repair.
- Proactively engaged in key customers activities and provide solutions that are meaningful to both client and MTU
- Maintain the service sales database and generate monthly report to capture the cost and profit/loss of the respective Service Sales
- Enhance Service Sales revenue by optimizing of resources.
- Contribute to Company cost saving measures and operational efficiency
- Be willing to cross-train on Core Returns Process and back-up for Core Executive’s absence.
- Observe the safety regulations of WSHA and guidelines/risk assessment from the company’s WHS Committee when performing work at-site or at customer’s premises.
