Candidates will be responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the site’s business goals and objectives.
Rolls Royce Engineer Qualifications
- Candidates possess at least a NTC or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics Engineering or an equivalent number of years of education.
- Candidates would have Minimum 7 years of equipment maintenance experience and 5 years of working in manufacturing environment.
- The candidate must have Knowledge of Maximo system
- Led transformation projects and is familiar with continuous improvement methodologies such as six sigma and lean.
- In-depth understanding of machine tools is essential and experience in the machine maintenance is a must
- Good understanding of industry regulations and best practices of asset management and production maintenance.
