Rolls Royce Job Role:

The candidates who will be selected for this recruitment may get the following responsibilities as a Senior Executive, Service Sales for Governmental Marine sector

• Prepare enquiries and work closely with internal Service Dept. for Service Products offering, such as Swing engines, LCC, VCA, EC/EPC, Factory rebuild and repair, etc under his/her responsibility
• Coordinates with Order Management team, Material Planning team and Purchasing team to ensure that parts are fulfilled
• Coordinates ILS requirements and/or related Service activities in support of Engine Sales Project together with internal Service Dept. such as Logistics, Training, Service Center and Customers Service team.
• Handles customers feedback related to sales orders and assist in the resolution together with internal Service Dept and maintain relevant correspondences and establish good working relationship with external and internal customers
• Coordinate, analyze , submission and follow-up of ADR from Subsidiaries/Distributors/Customers with all stakeholders for approval
• Contract Management.
• To work with stakeholders & Service Team on contract renewal or new contract management
• Coordinator for Service Sales ADR (internal & external)
• Work/Project assigned from time to time
