Key Accountabilities:
- Negotiating, creating, administering, interpreting, and amending a variety of contracts, as well as generic and customised offer letters and settlement agreements, is the responsibility of Contract Management.
- Claim Management – Draft and negotiate applicable commercial settlements and/or contractual revisions to lead the commercial resolution of customer concerns, claims, and disputes.
- Risk Management – Identify and assess potential risks and liabilities, then propose and negotiate adjustments with other stakeholders to manage, minimise, or reduce those risks.
- Continuous Improvement – As part of the General Counsel position and as part of our business teams, deliver and lead continuous improvement programmes.
- Leadership – As needed, provide support, coaching, development, and technical supervision to junior members of the team.
