- The applicant should be an Engineering graduate from a recognized University/Institute with good academic record. Applicants holding MBA/Post Graduate Diploma in management will have an added advantage.
- The applicant should have technical experience/ exposure for at least 5 years during the last 10 years at a senior level of management in implementation of projects/ construction/ technical consultancy services. Experience in Railway sector is preferable.
