RITES Assistant Manager Recruitment 2021 Eligibility Criteria:

Age Limit:

Maximum Age Limit to apply for these posts is Max 56 years. Age Relaxation for Candidates EWS/SC/ST/OBC/PWD/Ex-SM /J&K as per the norms.

Qualification:

Aspirants should have completed M.Tech/M.Sc degree in Exploration Geophysics or applied Geophysics from recognized University/Institute.

PHD Degree in relevant subject shall be preferred.

Experience:

Working Experience is minimum post qualification experience is 2 years in the field of Geophysical site exploration with deep knowledge in data acquisition, processing and interpretation of seismic refraction, cross hole seismic, Multi Channel Analysis of Surface Waves (MASW) and 2D Electrical Resistivity Imaging

The Manager/Dy.GM (Elect) Officer should be working as Junior/Senior Scale and he should have at least 3 years of experience in TRD, exposure to General Power Supply including Renewable Energy Project and Transmission Line work and Energy Efficiency may give preference.

Salary Scale:

• Salary for the post of Assistant Manager is Rs 50,000 to 1, 60,000 per month
• Salary for the post of Manager is 7th CPC Level-8 to 10
• Salary for the post of Dy.GM (Elect.) is 7th CPC Level-11

RITES Assistant Manager Recruitment 2021 Selection Process:

Selection Process For the post of Assistant Manager is screening the application in that shortlist the number of Candidates for selection out of eligible Candidates. Based upon the performance of the written test and interview will be conducted. Candidates who have scored 50% marks in written test and minimum of 60% marks in interview will be required to qualify for the placement.

Selection Process for the post of Manager/Dy.GM is Educational Qualification, evaluation of CV, Length of service- 25 marks and Previous Work Experience and Domain Knowledge-25 marks. APRs, D&AR and Vigilance Record-25 marks and Potential/Overall Suitability of the Candidates to requirements-25 marks
