RITES Selection Process:

The applications received shall be screened for eligibility. The candidates may be shortlisted for selection such as written test or interview. The company reserves the right to shortlist the number of candidates for Interview out of eligible candidates. Due to prevalent pandemic situation, based on the requirement and discretion of RITES, selection process may be conducted online.

RITES Engineer Recruitment 2022 Salary:

Engineer (Civil): (Rs.40000-140000)

Senior Geologist: Rs.29165/- (1 to 3 % annual increment based on the performance)

Geologist: Rs.21702/- (1 to 3 % annual increment based on the performance)

The Consolidated monthly Gross Emoluments including PF contribution of Employer for posting in Gurgaon comes out to be ₹ 53,081/- for Senior Geologist and Rs 39,497/- for Geologist which results in CTC of 6.3 LPA and 4.7 LPA respectively

Junior Manager (Finance): Rs.18,720/- (1 to 3 % annual increment based on the performance)

The Consolidated monthly Gross Emoluments including PF contribution of Employer for posting in Non – Metro city comes out to be ₹ 33, 134/- which results in CTC of 3.97 LPA.
