Candidate should have Any Graduation from aUniversity recognized by UGC with minimum of 5 yearswork experience in Micro FinanceInstitutions and should have worked asofficer or above the rank of officer.

Shortlisted candidates are eligible to get a salary for the post of Senior Manager CTC starting from Rs. 7.00 lakhs per annum, for Manager CTC starting from Rs. 6.00 lakhs per annum and for Deputy Manager CTC starting from Rs. 5.00 lakhs per annum from the respective board.
