Company Secretary Job Role
Company Secretary (Cadre-Assistant General Manager) is to handle secretarial and compliance related work as applicable to a listed entity as per various laws applicable to the Company such as Repco home finance limited. RHFL is a public limited company listed at NSE and BSE. Role Bearer is responsible for Organizing and preparing agendas and papers for Board meetings, Board Committee meetings and Annual General Meetings (AGMs).
Company Secretary Age Limit
Candidate’s age should not exceed maximum age limit of 35 years as on 01-03-2021. To apply for the post of company secretary applicants should have minimum 7 years of relevant experience especially at NBFC. Relaxation on age limit will be given up to 45 years for deserved candidates who have prior experience.
Company Secretary Eligibility Criteria 2021
- Candidates should have completed graduation as 10, +2, +3 format from UGC recognized university in regular, classroom course and candidates should be an ACS-an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). Candidates who have completed ICWA, ACA, MBA (Finance) will get advantages in selection process.
- Candidates should have knowledge in all provision of Companies Act, SEBI guidelines, LODR guidelines, RBI/ NHB regulations for housing finance companies. Should be fluent in English and knowledge of Tamil and Hindi.
- Candidates should have high level of commitment and self-motivation. Excellent written, verbal and communication skills and analytic skills.
Company Secretary Salary
Repco Home Finance is planned to spend Rs. 12 Lakhs per month for the post of Company Secretary (Cadre-Assistant General Manager) as CTC. Salary will be fixed based on experience, performance in the selection process. Experienced candidate would be compensated suitably as per market norms and Management discretion.
Company Secretary Contract Details
Selected candidates will be initially appointed for the period for 1 years based on the performance of the candidate contract period will get extended.
