- Monthly Gross Pay, including Meal Card, begins at Rs.48900/- per month for Manager Cadre, Rs.50600/- per month for Senior Manager Cadre, and Rs.52300/- per month for Chief Manager Cadre, plus Variable Performance Incentive and Perquisites as per the Company’s current policy. Shortlisting will be done according to the established criteria and at the discretion of the management, depending on the number of applications submitted. Following that, the candidates who have been shortlisted will be called for a second round of selection.
