Eligibility Criteria:
- On October 1, 2021, candidates must be under the age of 28. (relaxation generally up to 40 years of age can be considered based on commensurate, relevant prior experience).
- Any Graduation (10+2+3 format) from a UGC accredited university is required of the aspirants. With a minimum of three years of work experience in the relevant field, post-graduation and professional qualifications will be given additional weightage.
CTC begins at Rs. 7 lakh per year (fixed + variable, depending on fitment based on experience and performance throughout the selection process). Experienced candidates, on the other hand, would be suitably compensated based on market norms and management discretion. Short listing will be done based on the number of applications submitted and according to the specified criteria and at the discretion of the management.
