Reliance Recruitment 2023 Eligibility:
The candidates should have completed a Graduate in Instrumentation Engineering, (BE / B Tech ) with 6- 10 years of work experience in relevant field.
Job Responsibilities:
- RCA’s (Root Cause Analysis) for equipment and spares failures with execution of reliability measures.
- Instrumentation system (Field & OT network) availability & reliability data compilation on monthly basis.
- External audit compliance & execution of actionable observations with-in the stipulated timelines.
- Coordinate with OEM and vendors for obsolete hardware & firmware up-gradation for final control elements & OT network components comprising all nodes.
- Critical spares and spares inventory analysis to ensure the reduction of non-moving inventory along with 100% availability of critical spares.
Skills Required:
- Ability to read & understand Instrumentation engineering drawing and documents.
- Familiar with Oil & Gas process control Instrumentation and communication protocols in Industrial instrumentation.
- Hands on experience in PLCs, SCADA, RTU, DCS, Network switches & OT network with basic knowledge of Functional safety standards.
- Familiar with Fire & Gas monitoring and protection systems in Oil & Gas industries.
- Working knowledge of oil & gas Instrumentation codes & standards. (eg: IEC 60529, IEC 60079, ISO 5167 & 5168, IEC 61508, 61511)
- Must be team oriented and have a willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
- Experience in Calibration of Flow, level, Pressure, Temperature measurements, controllers and control valves, shutdown valves etc.
