Job Responsibilities:
- Execute Instrumentation Maintenance tasks of DCS ,PLC, Analysers & Field Instrumentation etc. with quality
- Examine your maintenance schedule and prioritise the most important tasks. Maintain instrumentation equipment on a scheduled and ad hoc basis.
- Ensure that standards, procedures, and best practises are followed.
- Troubleshooting and root cause analysis should be done on a frequent basis.
- Minor project HSEF compliance facilitation and support (RESOP, MIQA, CFA, DOSHE mandatory trainings).
- Assist the manager with spares inventory management so that stock levels are maintained and Spares are issued for task execution.
- Assist the procurement manager with vendor, purchase, and store follow-up.
- Assist the manager with the planning, budgeting, and execution of the shutdown.
- In both routine and shutdown jobs, conduct risk assessments and follow all safety regulations.
