Recital of National Anthem Is Compulsory in UP Madrassas along Every Prayer from new academic session. Madrassa students of the state Uttar Pradesh will now have recite the National Anthem compulsorily. On Thursday, UP Board take many decisions about the Madrassa Education, one of them being the mandatory recital of the National Anthem, in a meeting. The students of the UP Madrassa have to recite National Anthem on before the beginning of their every day classes.
The National Anthem will be mandatorily recited by the UP student’s belonging to the Madrassa along with their morning prayers at every day routine. Earlier the UP Board of Madrassa Education ordered to recite the national anthem and hoists the national flag on Independence Day in 2017. After the 5 years from that incident, now they are advised to recite the National Anthem every day on praying.
UP Board of Madrassa Education Chairperson said to the trustable news agency that, “The national anthem is sung in various schools and we want to instill patriotism in Madrassa students too so that they know our history and culture apart from religious studies. It is already recited in some madrassas. We have now made it compulsory from the coming academic session.”
