Responsibilities:

• Windows, Ubuntu Laptop/Desktop installation and addressing operational issues
• Ensure all the end points (Win 10 and Mac) machines are hardened as per corporate policy and our compliant.
• Maintain/track records of daily reporting problems & resolutions, actions taken for user issues.
• Provide timely resolution for ITSM service tickets raised to maintain SLA commitments.
• Check, update and track IT Asset inventory.
• Issues resolution related to wifi, VPN and network issues.
