Qualified and member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ACS),Degree in accountancy or finance – CA/MBA (Full time).Overall Work experience of 8 -10 years, out of which minimum 5 years’ experience as Company Secretary (Key Management Personnel) and 5 years’ experience in handling finance & Accounts

Remunerations & Perks is based On Par with Industry Standards. Relevant certifications will be an added advantage. Qualified Company Secretary with working experience in a listed company / combined with a financial role (IT Services,ITIES, BFSI) is the type of industry.

Responsibilities:

• Drafting of Notice, Agenda of the Board Meeting/Committee Meetings and General Meeting.
• Organizing and Holding Board Meeting/Committee Meetings and General Meetings of the Company.
• Preparation of Minutes of Board Meeting/Committee Meeting/General Meeting of the Company.
• Maintenance of Secretarial Records, Statutory Books and Registers of the Company.
