• Work directly with portfolio owners and Delivery Managers to facilitate appropriate staffing across projects
• Participate in and timely present status in committees/review meetings.
• Oversee fulfilment& mobilization of resource requirements proactively (Allocation & De-allocation) in a unified manner.
• Provide support to the Talent acquisition team during drives, walk-ins and focused recruitment activities.
• Mobilizing technical panel support to the recruitment teams for interviews
