The candidates should have completed their Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in any discipline form a recognized university or Institute.
REBIT Job Responsibilities:
- Candidates should provide support to the Talent acquisition team during drives, walk-ins and focused recruitment activities.
- Candidates should maintain detailed knowledge of skill sets and competencies aligned to designated business units.
- Developing and managing relationships with sub-contracting vendors.
- Mobilizing technical panel support to the recruitment teams for interviews.
- Work directly with portfolio owners and Delivery Managers to facilitate appropriate staffing across projects.
- Participate in and timely present status in committees/review meetings.
REBIT Recruitment 2022 Experience:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, high integrity, strong work ethics & Commitment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines with confidence and ease.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills. Ability to coordinate with Delivery Heads and Project Managers.
- Minimum of 6 years and maximum of 8 years of total experience.
- Mandatory experience of 5 years in staffing, administration, resource management & project operations with a Tier 1 IT Company.
