REBIT Recruitment 2022 Eligibility Criteria

Education Qualification

Sr/Consultant – SAP HCM PA/OM

Candidate should have Bachelor’s degree or MBA in HR or Masters degree in Computer Science/Engineering/IT with SAP HCM EHP7 Certification is preferred.

Technical SAP Program Manager

Candidate should have Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Management or Master Degree in Engineering/management is needed to apply.

Business Analyst- Treasury

Candidate should have MBA/PGDM in Systems/Finance/operations or equivalent Engineering Degree preferably CS/IT, Exposure to various requirement elicitation and documentation/ representation techniques is needed.

Required Experience:

Sr/Consultant – SAP HCM PA/OM

Candidate should have minimum 03 years (Relevant Experience) and Proficiency in functional configurations required for role.

Technical SAP Program Manager

Overall Work experience of 14+ years, out of which minimum 12+ years’ experience in SAP HCM All modules in both ECC & HANA Environment, At least 5 full-lifecycle Sap HR implementations, 10 Years of experience in heading a team for providing support in SAP HCM Module, At least 5 years’ experience as project manager for new opportunity and/or as add-on project for an existing client, Experience in Banking domain/Business Intelligence/SAP /ERP solution implementation are preferred

Business Analyst- Treasury

Candidate should have Experience of 6 to 8 years, Good documentation skills, Has led the requirement gathering phase for BFSI application and participated in the validation phases is needed.
