IT Project Management Vertical
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering/Management.
- Master’s degree in engineering/Management preferred.
Experience:
- Total experience – 18 to 22 years
- leadership roles in Enterprise level Application Development and Support engagements – Minimum of 5 years
- Java technology stack with exposure to new age architectures (Microservices), latest design patterns, RESTful service development, DevOps etc.
- Improving Software Engineering processes.
- Software development
- Candidates should expertise in SDLC Methodologies (Waterfall/ Agile), Estimation techniques, Project Planning using Microsoft project (MPP), Risk Management, Stakeholder management and Quantitative project management

- Exposure to CMMi, ITIL and Agile standard concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Quickly understanding the technical and functional aspects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, high integrity, strong work ethic and ability to empathize with the customer.
- Experience with IT captives of MNC Banks, IT Product companies focused on Banking sector
Industry:
Preferably from a Technology, ITES, Products, Professional SI organization with a focus on BFSI
Responsibilities:
- Leadership role responsible for leading and strengthening the product design and delivery organisation.
- Invites experts in product design and engineering, web and mobile application architecture.
- Leverage technology, project delivery
- Innovation in product design, delivery and validation
- Strengthen Software Engineering processes and practices.
- Coordinate project governance meetings, project health checks, phase gate reviews, post project reviews and project level workshops
- Produce periodic and ad-hoc reports for all stakeholders.
- Provide timely, candid and constructive performance
- Develop direct reports to their fullest potential and provide challenging opportunities
- Perform other duties as assigned or requested by Senior/Executive Management
Certifications:
PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification
Technology Specific Certifications
ITIL and Agile Certifications
Employment Type:
All positions are fixed in terms of contract on a full-time basis exclusively for five years.
