The candidates should completed Bachelor’s Degree in engineering/Management and Master’s degree in engineering/Management preferred. Applicants should have 20-24 years of total relevant experience.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize technical expertise to drive product/project delivery, make technology decisions, and maintain overall product quality control.
- Through the various Centres Of Excellence Champion, drive innovation in design, delivery, and validation, and strengthen Software Engineering processes and practises.
- Provide direct reports with timely, candid, and constructive performance feedback.
- Develop direct reports to their full potential by providing them with difficult opportunities that will help them advance in their careers.
- Senior/Executive Management may assign or request that you do other duties.
Certifications:
- PMP or PgMP or PRINCE2 or equivalent certification
- Technology Specific Certifications are preferred
- ITIL and Agile Certifications are preferred
